Default Intake Manifold Bolt Length? 1974
Some say 1", some say 1 1/8", some go to 1 1/4". I have SS bolts at 1". Will these do the job, with Permatex of course.

Paul There Is a post from a few days ago about intake bolts. No one said any thing about length but a comment was made about ss bolts leaking .I believe my bolts are longer than 1 inch,but not sure how much longer. John

Just looking yesterday for intake manifold bolts at Jegs. For SB the length under head was 1 1/8" and BB was 1 1/4"

I have used stainless bolts for years with no leaks.
