Probably under $6000. I don't think that it is a well though out project. The compression might be to high with 62 cc heads. I am not a solid lifter fan and then they use an odd rocker ratio only used in racing motors. I use 1.7 to get big valve lift in my 434 ci roller cammed small block.
It also has a gear driven cam that kids use to make the motor whine like it has a supercharger or something.
The engine was offered as part of an old settlement deal. I need a street cruiser, not a strip racer. Can this setup be adapted to a good cruiser/power setup?. What would you change on this?.
Get rid of the gear drive setup. Sell the heads for a better set. Run a set of 1.6 rockers. I ran solid cams for years and recently put in a roller cam. If you have the cash go for a roller. Hyd or solid roller.

This motor is more for somebody that understands lots of things mechanical. I personnally have stayed away from Fuel injection until these aftermarket kits get it right. I don't have the time to tinker and hook up a lap top or some other device to make air fuel ratio/spark changes. The solid lifter cam assumes that you know how to adjust the valves periodically.
I would wonder about why they would be running a motor with the blower not even hooked up?
If you are willing to adjust the valves. I would drop the rocker arm ratio down to 1.6 and ask if you could just have a simple holley 650 or 750 CFM carb.
