Making plexi headlight covers, need suggestions
Hey everybody, I recently bought some of the rectangular light conversion kits and I was wondering who has made some plexiglass headlight covers and any suggestions you have. I am trying to plan ahead so any help is appreciated (Pictures/templates

I have not done this (yet) but I would build a mounting flange that mounted to the underside of the nose/headlight area. This would give you something to attach the plexi to and give you an idea of the thickness you want.
