Squeeeeek
I have a not-too-loud, high pitched, continuous squeal that only happens when backing up (slowly).
It sounds a bit like the squeal you get when you need brakes in a modern car.
Brakes are fine and emergency brake doesn't seem to be engaged or hanging up.
Any thoughts?

Could be brake pads. Check them and see if the edges of the pads are chamfered or not. If not make one.
As the pads are always in contact with the brake discs, they are often the culprits.
