Default AC Acuator Bracket??

I am missing the bracket that attaches the AC vacuum actuator to the door. I took the AC box apart a couple years ago to redo the seals and I remember removing it. For some crazy reason I didn't put it back on. And now a couple years later I am putting the AC system back in the car. I have slept a few times since then. I have searched everywhere; old parts boxes, shelves, under shelves. I have attached a pic of the area that I am referring to. I cannot seem to find this part in any catalogs. Does anyone know where I can get one? I think I remember what it looked like, but if someone has a pic of one it would help. I may be looking for something totally different and it might be right under my nose.
Thanks in advance.

Scott

Try Corvette Mack through his store on eBay. If Mack has the part, he'll list it for you.

Not sure if you mean this door with the a.c actuator.(passenger kick panel area) here's a pic that might help you find yours. Two bolts hold it on the door pilar.

No its not the one in the kick panel. This actuator mounts to the back of the AC box, between the box and the firewall. The actuator lever goes into the box and protrudes through the door it controls. The bracket I am missing holds the actuator lever to that door. Cant find it in my shop or in any catalogs!

Scott

This part is not available new, and it was probably was damaged when you took the box apart. I know I don't have one, I used our last used one the other day in our shop.

But over the years i can't tell you how many of these I've had to fix with Plastic Fusion to make that door work. If you don't find a new one, maybe someone has one that is damaged that you can repair.

Good luck

Willcox
