Default Need Help with Power Brake Conversion on my 72

Started the conversion today. Booster mounted OK, but when I tried to reattach the clevis to the brake pedal-problems Rod seems too short, doesn't seem to be adjustable in length. Should I remove the brake switch striker from the lower hole and mount the clevis there? Doesn't seem this will help with length much. And then mounting the striker in the upper whole looks like it won't reach the switch length wise. This seems to be how power is set up on the build sheet, but pix is not conclusive. I know I can adjust the switch foward or back but not up and down. Did power use a longer switch striker? Did Zip's send the right booster?? Box is labled right but that doesn't guarantee the part inside is right. Is the resting point of the brake pedal on power brakes closer to the firewall than manual? Everything is close but doesn't seem quite right. Joe in Australia said he had to move the clevis to the lower hole but didn't mention the brake striker problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I spent more time trying to get that d--- clevis pin back in the top hole than replacing all for calipers and the master. Think I need a drink or three. jwbert :( :( Hasn't anyone out there ever done this?
