march underdrive pulleys
has anyone ever used or are currently using underdrive pulleys on their vettes?do they work good?i read in hot rod magazine that it is good to over drive the water pump,and it is also good to use an aftermarket bracket set up for accesories instead of stock on a stoker motor like mine to prevent belt throw ????????????????

I currently have them on my '82. I now have to "blip" the throttle at start up to get the alternator the charge properly, and if I do a long wide open throttle I can watch the temp climb up more than normal. No other problems (never threw a belt with stock brackets). As far as gains??? It's hard to say as I did a few minor mods at once, so I don't know which one or if all helped.
