Default First Front End Snag.... ?

OK.. I got the shocks off, the sway bar out, the tie rods disconnected, and then started on the left side first.

I got the ball joints free and the spindle off. I got the spring out.
But THEN I went to remove the lower A-arm and trouble struck.

I got the 2 bolts in the front off and removed them and thier nutplate. Then I removed the nut at the rear of the A-Arm. And then all STOP.

The A-arm will not drop off. It seems to be "married" to that rear bolt.
I tried putting the breaker bar and the air gun to that bolt (coming in fron the top under the hood with a long extension - and it will not turn.
I even tried a little PB Blaster and a little heat... no budge. I left it covered in PB Blaster and I'm headed to the showers a beaten man.

Isn;t it supposed to turn? Is it supposed to remove?
What am I missing here??

I use my muffler gun and run the chisel blade between the shaft and frame.

I got it!
A little more heat and then the breaker bar, 3' extension, and the Armstrong method.
I decided that iether it would turn - or snap off - iether way I win. It turned, so it lives to fight another day.
