Temp sending unit help
A friend of mine has a 79 L-82 with 7000 miles and he sent the heads out to be refreshed.
He left the sending units in and when he returned to pick them up they misplaced the senders.
He is looking for the gauge sending unit with 3/8" thread.
Paragon sent him one with 1/2" thread and so far they cannot locate the correct one.
I looked it up in my parts book and the number I see is 8993358 for spec hi/perf.
Can anyone tell me if this is 3/8" pipe and where he might be able to aquire one.
