It looks like one but it's not going to work in your Corvette without an offset shifter 
Here's my TKO 600, I like to put my parts on the furniture until I install them, sometimes they are there for months, I suppose that's one reason I never got married

Motorhead, thank you for the pics and info. I am buying the quasi offset shifter from Keisler, cannot send the transmission for a transformation because I am in Brazil - not worth the trouble and the transmission had a very good price.

TCET 5008 is the Ford version TKO-600 with the .64 5th.
The one in the picture above is a GM version TKO-600
