What should I choose??????
One with a 427 motor, 4 speed, and matching #s. Miles unknown, $10,000
One with a 350 motor, 4 speed, t-tops, NOM and need painting, Miles unknown, $3950
Or this one with 350, 4 speed, t-tops, side pipes, p/w, p/s, p/b, NOM, 116,000 miles, $10,900.
Given that I already have a motor, and would spend $11,000 on each car (all on the car, or on the car and then to paint/redo interior/side pipes/etc) which would you purchase? (sorry about the long post  )
Check the frame on all of them first. If the $3900 one has a bad frame (rust) it would still be worth considering, the others I would run away from though.

How streetableis that motor??
My gut reaction is that the 427 would be your best bet, since it will hold it's value better than the other cars. If you plan to make permanant mods to the car, this doesn't really apply.
Getting around 490hp from a 350 is no easy feat! ($$$) What's in that engine?

...Though I find all of those prices VERY CHEAP

What is happening here?? Big block, 4spd numbers match for that kind of money? Is the frame like confetti or something?? Also curious about how streetable your 490hp 350 could be??
