Default MSD wire resistance

Can someone help with acceptable and unacceptable Ohms readings for MSD wires, 8.5MM Super Conductors? Normally, like AC-DELCO, good wires run from about 7-9 for a 24 inch wire with anything under 6 needing replacement. When I check the MSD wires I'm getting a reading of about 0.15 for a 24 inch wire. Tested three wires. Not sure this is normal and quick Internet search turned up nothing.

I'm chasing an intermittent miss after warm-up, mainly at idle. Seems to smooth out as speed increases, maybe not. Heres my set up: Fresh 350, 30 over with flat tops, vortec heads, 268H comp cam. Q-Jet by Lars, new GM HEI adjusted per Lars papers with an 1838 vac can. Tweaked timing per Lars papers also. Motor runs strong. Can lay a nice 10 foot scratch in second (THM350 with 308s 255/70/15 rubber). This set-up is in my sons 72 C10 short bed.

All comments welcome.

Less resistance is better, MSD has some of the lowest resistance wires in the industry. Intermittant miss can be fuel mixture related, need more information on intake/carb combination. Could also be related to mechanical problems like valve springs, valve seal to seats in cylinder heads.

20+ years ago, I went to the Reno Air Races in my 72 LT-1 Vette, while staying up in Tahoe/Reno area, my Vette had a constant low RPM miss, I tried new plugs, isolated it to #5 cylinder, bought a new plug wire, swapped that out and never did get rid of the miss. The car was pretty "doggy" but, I attributed it to the high altitiude. On the drive back to the SF Bay Area where I live, the power came back and the miss went away. 1 year later doing a teardown of my 96K mile LT-1, I discovered the #5 exhaust valve had a failing valve seat (the rest didn't look very good either), but, they never caused problems at sea level. Next trip to Reno, the Vette ran like a top the whole week.
