installing new carpet

i just received my new full carpet for my 76 and am going to install it on saturday,just wondering if there were any tips or things i should know before starting.I have already removed old carpet and threw in the garbage,looks easy but i am not sure about the rear compartments and putting new carpet on them thanks in advance

Get the old stuff out of the trash!! It helps to use the old carpet as a template for hole cutting and trimming on the new stuff.

What kind of backing are you using,....Also did you get the 3m Spray Adhesive to hold every thing down....?? Just take your time it is simple to do

Well I used my old carpet as a pattern to cut my heat barrier stuff .
