Default Turn signal trouble

This may sound easy but I can not find my turn signal flasher. The signal will work for about 3 or 4 flashes and then stay on steady. I believe the problem to be the flasher but when I replaced the unit that mounts on the fuse box there is no change. I was then told there is a flasher for the emergency lights and a flasher for the turn signal. If this is true I can’t find the second flasher. Thanks for the help.

Try laying in the passenger floor and looking up under the dash pad. Mine is mounted on a little spring clip right there.

It is located behind the map pocket on the passenger side. You might be able to see and get to it by laying on the passenger floor and loooking under the dash. If not, pull the map pocket.

I replaced mine with one from AUTOZONE and it lased one month. I would try to source one from a better supplier (dealer).

Good Luck
