I don't know about the 77, but on the earlier 'vettes, it was on the diverside fenderwell, near the horn relay. So much changed with the wiring on the later cars that it could be anywhere.
Hey Vettepower: I got my new 77 Vette Wire troubleshooting guide today, and I see a 30A "High speed Blower Fuse" as part of AC system, located on the firewall near the master cylinder. Is this what your looking for? I highly recomend this manual. It's big with lots of color pics, not just wire drawings. It shows all systems, where things are located, fuse locations, etc..etc, and you don't have to be an electrician to read the diagrams.. kind of like electric for dummys. Got it from Helms...
Located near the horn relay, orange or red #10 or #12 wire running over to the high speed relay mounted aroung the AC on the fire wall. Twist/pull type of holder. Fuse size may vary with year.

Is this under the dash or in the engine compartment next to master cylander??
Ned to define which one or what is not working. There are 2 possible 3 on your year that deal with A/C
1. The high speed blower is an inline connector by the master cyliner on the drivers side.
2. There is a 3 prong black connector looking fuse that goes into a plug on top or around the evaporator box. This one's for the compressor. Low freon and it blows.
3. There is one under the dash for the blower motor.
If the fans are working and the compressor is not pulling in, go there. If no compressor, jumper +12 from the alternator with a wire and touch the + side of the compressor. The clutch will pull even if low on freon. If it does, check your freon and the 3 prong for the compressor.
