Starter swap question

Pardon my ignorance, but it would save me a lot of potential aggravation if someone can answer a silly question for me: 1971 454 manual, replacing the OEM starter with it's 4 terminals and 5 wires with a high torque modern performance unit with 2 terminals....the question is what to do with the orphaned black small lead?

Attach it to one of the bellhousing bolts

Or....could I piggy back it with the other ground wire that sits under one of the starter housing bolts (nonactive electrically, just structural)??
