Default 1977 Brake Caliper Tools?

Replacing the left rear caliper - and wondered if there was a Torx screw/bolt to be dealt with?

If so, what size? (T-55?)

I am putting on a loaded caliper, but wanted to get any special tool needed before I get to the shop.... so I don't have to go back to the store later.

Thanks a million!

If everything is factory, no special tools required.

There is a tool that holds the pads in place while you slide the caliper over the rotor. You can certainly do without it but it'll go faster with it. It's a simple tool made of sheet metal and is available at all of the Vette parts dealers.

Otherwise, you should only need fairly standard tools.

Nothing special is needed but have a line wrench or some vise-grips to get the brake line fitting loose. Be very careful not to round the nut.
