79 vette heater box

Default 79 vette heater box
I have a small hole about the size of a dime in the side of the heater/evaporator box ,,Maybe from someone installing the engine, Can this cover be taken off so I can repair the hole ,it looks like it splits in half if I take all the bolts out all the way around it
