Default what is it???
This was bolted under my dash w nothing hooked up to it. I asume it ws for the radio as it has DELCO on the round things ,but...Wasit???

Audio amp? Seems to have old germanium transistors. Possibly solid state ignition.

I believe in the manual it is called the radio capacitor. It is located under pass. side dash. It connects with a brown wire going to # 4c accessory on ignition switch. It is also tied to the brown wire running to wiper fuse # 4b. If that helps.

After looking at it again there may be more to it than what I just described. What Year of car? I described the wiring for a 73. Sorry about that.

Kinda looks like the 2 that were attached to my 71 radio........I removed both and the radio.......must have been close to 15lbs for all three. My original radio did not work

Several for sale on eBay. Prices run between $50 and $100. They aren't cheap so don't pitch it.
