my wiper motor has stopped working.
When I turn the wipers on I get a click at the motor but no action.
Is this indicative of a bad motor or possibly not enough juice getting to the motor?

The odds the motor is defective is in your favor.... the problem is indicative of missing ground wire.
If you pull off the 1-2-3 connector from the motor you can power it up by hard wiring it and testing..
Here is the Video on how to test the motor.. you'll need four wires, one power and two grounds and a case ground! Yes you can put some water on the windshield and perform this test in the car without taking the motor out.
Never accept that the main motor ground is good! Always run a test ground just in case there is a problem with the main motor ground.
Now this test say's 69-72.. but it will work just the same for the 1973-1982 motors... you just don't have the extra power (red) wire on the motor.
That's a beautiful thing!
I really appreciate that and will get on it today. I bought a new motor last week, but I really want to be sure it's bad before I replace it.
Thanks
