T Top Trim Help

I had to drill out the rivets on the trim and this one got ugly as you can see. This spot if kind of critical because it holds that small piece between the front and this side piece.

Any suggestions on how to fix this so I can get a rivet in here??

try some epoxy paste, and use a screw instead of the rivet? it may be a bubba, but offhand i don't see any other options.

Well that might work, I did use the same approach on my dashboard for the speakers, but I put a threaded insert in the epoxy for the screw. Never thought of doing the same thing here.
