Temperature Gauge Reading
Help
1974 L82 with 78 350 motor. Have temperature gauge that is reading 115deg max. at full temp. Changed sending unit and checked ohms, dead on. Replaced gauge and getting same reading. Installed 20 and then 50ohm inline resister to compensate and gauge dropped to below 100 instead of increasing. What could be causing this?
