81 vette starter wiring

on my 81 vette I had a problem with the wiring at the starter.. I fixed it, but have a Blue wire in that group that I cant tell where it came from???? any ideas??

are you missing the black wire and the plug that goes with it?

I will look again.. I think it may still be attached... I have been working alot lately at the sensor and the blue wire broke loose from the rest...

Roger is right it is to the aux cooling fan i am adding some pics hope this helps. the connector on the orginal harness is black and on the new one it is white.
