My blinkers have stoped working no blown fuse and when I jump power to the signal wire the light flashes, So it seems like the blinker swich in the column, but what is strange is that when I push the brake pedal my front marker lights come on. I hope it is not the blinker switch since I just bought a t/t rebuilt column and don't want to take it apart. I hope someone has a idea of what is wrong so I don't take the column apart for no reason.

Do all of the wire colors match up on the harmonica connectors? All of the blinker and brake light functions go through the turn signal switch so that could very well be the problem. It's not that hard of a job to replace the turn signal switch if necessary.

Definitely since the column is new to you , you need to start with the connector. Here is a good idea of wire colors, not 100% sure of the letters. These are for a 73 but should be pretty close. Brakes turning on front marker lights is unusual , turn switch, bulb shorted internally or installed wrong, melted wires or in the case of 77 bad grounds can cause backgrounding through the side markers.

e black L hand door jamb key warning buzzer

I installed a 76' T/T in my 71' and I had to move some of the wires around in the hamonica connector. Not hard to do.
my blinkers worked as they are wired now. I thought that the signal swich shorted threw the brake light 12v, but I cant find a wire going to ground that is not suppose to. Is it common that a wire could fall off the blinker swich?

I've never seen a wire just fall off.
When you press on the brake pedal the signal from the switch goes up the column to the TS switch and comes back down on the right and left turn signal wires.
So, up the White wire and back down the Green and Yellow wires.
Make sure your front park/turn light sockets are grounded. The 3 wire plug becomes corroded and the black wire losses its ground and does all kinds of funny things due to the side marker light wiring.
The side markers do not have their own ground and they ground either through the turn signal or the parking light.
I think in your case I would remove the the rear bulbs and see if pressing on the brake still lights the front markers.
The brake circuit rarely effects the front lights.
