Default water/oil temperature?

What is the right working temperature for the water and oil for a 1982 Crossfire?
And what should the oilpressure be?

Pete,

The water temp should be around 180-210, the oil temp around the same values. Oil pressure depends on the rpm, anywhere from 30-70psi should be fine. What are your values?

Oil temperature should be around 215-220beg.F .. This will assure that any water(condensation) will be boiled out of the oil. If your water temp is between 180 and 210 that should be within normal range.
