I have a 69 coupe with a 427 4 speed. The carburetor that is on the engine now is for the 350/350hp (7029207). What is the difference (cfm I would think) between this carburetor and what was installed originally (7029215)?

Both are 750 cfm Quadrajets. Biggest difference would be in the jetting.

Per Lars' paper:

7029207: 66 primary jets, 36 primary rods, BG secondary rods

7029215: 71 primary jets, 45 primary rods, AX secondary rods

Remember, when dealing with the main jet/rod combo, we are talking about area's not diameter and that all main rods have same tip diameter (.026")

So, basically, you are running lean at WOT. Get in touch with Cliff Ruggles or one of the other Q-Jet vendors and see if you can get the right jets/rods. That will set you up nicely.
