Removed the air condenser and made a bracket for the cooler. Have lots of room. Just might put in an oil cooler too.
But I need to know by looking down from the top of the radiator, which transmission line is the pressuer and which one is the return?
Thanks
My return is the upper radiator outlet. There are arguments for each type of oil flow path. I use the biggest B&M tranny cooler. the oil from the tranny goes through the cooler then to the radiator oil to water cooler and back to the tranny.
Mine runs this way because: When the tranny is cold I want motor heat to warm up the tranny. Then while running I want the most consistant tranny temp possible. Other guys want the coldest oil possible.
I'm using a high end racing tranny and when it's cold the 3000 stall convertor doesn't want to get the car moving and the auto shifts just slam. When it's up to temp everything is better
Sprint Car. to tell the direction of flow disconnect the upper one and add a length of hose to each end and run them into separate containers. then just fire your motor for a second. That will tell you the direction of flow.
Oh, the dancing girls are great with music in the background. I just haven't figured out how to add sound to the CF web page. I only have the girls on the days I drive my Vette to work! 74 and sunny today.
