I just noticed a small puddle under the car and it appears to be coming from either the adjustment cap on the Control Valve or that little ball thingy thats directly below that cap. This thing doesnt even have 200 miles on it yet. Any ideas?
Send it back. Took me 3 tries before I got a good one. The rebuilds in general have been of poor quality. It comes up often on this forum.

Just wonderful, can't they make anything quality these days? Half the stuff I bought for my house in the past year either broke or needs repair, including a new furnace, toilet, water sofenter and list goes on an on, grrrr..
Do those parts come from China too?! I'm curious why all of these (crap) parts don't have to say "Made in China" like many things used to. Or better yet, require the parts that don't say "NOT Made in China!" Of course, that then leaves south of the border. I just ordered a heater core for my '72 and I read that all of them come from Mexico. Dr. Rebuild says that even the "Delco" cores are made there.
