points question
My car hasn`t run in 16 years, I`ve lubed and cleaned everything and spun the engine over. I replace the points and condenser no fire at the plugs or points. Should I see spark at the points when the cap is off? My meter shows 11 volts on both sides of the coil, what else should I check? I also changed the capacitor on the coil.
