The one with the least amount of competition between you and winning first place.

In bracket racing it's best to compete against a slower car as often as possible. The reason being is the slower car leaves first and has first chance of red-lighting (you win). The slower car also has to run closer to his dial-in where as you can catch up to him, get the nose of your car a foot or two ahead of him and then pace him to the finish line...your there first by a couple of hundreths of a second...you win. So run the class that averages out where you would be the faster car the majority of the time. Deen

We have a few guys at our 1/8th track that do that. :mad They run in the pro category around 7's and then also run in the street category with the same car and dial-in 8.60's (8.50 is cuttoff). They catch you halfway down the track, and then pace you for the rest of the distance. :mad
