windshield washer pump
I pretty sure I need to replace the washer pump on my 1980 C3. Can the original pump be replaced with a
generic type pump?

I was able to buy a AC Delco (black color) for my 73 from a Delco jobber for about thirty dollars. Also you can get a rebuilding kit for the pump from Pep Boys for about twelve or thirteen dollars. In Massachusetts during an inspection the washer pump has to work, this caused me much anguish.
