Quick (Non Corvette) question for you Gear Heads
My son has a 93 Sentra that seem to have a squeaky front strut. I’ve bounce tested it and it stops on the 1st bounce. The squeak is very pronounced when you first start out, but after a mile or two it fades away.
The question is there a way to stop the squeak or is replacement of the strut the only answer? :confused:

Sorry, Lonnie...
What's a "strut"? The only things I know about are coil springs, monosprings, A arm bushings, shocks, ... I could tell you exactly what causes any of a hundred noises in a C3 'Vette, but I haven't got a clue what could be wrong with your other car. I am willing to bubble this back to the top for no extra charge, tho... :jester
