Zip / Addco 1" Front Bar - Bushing ??

Zip / Addco 1" Front Bar - Bushing ??
So... I went to assemble it this morning. This kit:

After getting the orientation all set (thanks people) I went to put the poly bushings on the bar and hit a WTF? moment.
The native hole in the bushings that come with the 1" front sway bar is only 11/16 - once you muscle it onto the bar.. it looks like this:
And there is no way to properly get it into the bracket and compress it on corectly using the 2 bracket to frame bolts.
Did they give me the wrong bushings - like for a 3/4 bar?
