Dominator drop base air cleaner?
Thought I'd have enough room under the L88 hood to run a 3" air cleaner on a C454 intake with a Dominator but after installing the motor, there is no way it will fit.
If a drop base air cleaner will choke the motor, Plan B is to add a "Motion-style" forward facing hood scoop to compliment the rest of the Motion Phase III body kit.
Other ideas?

I've got a 16" one with I think a 2 or 2.5" drop base and a 3.5" filter. I've never dyno tested it...but no seat of the pants problems that I can notice.
