when i bush the brake pedal the Taurus rad fan stop working & as soon as i release the brake it start again ,, have tried every method i know it was working well until i changed the setup it was low speed with ignition switch & hi speed to t-stat 195,,
so i changed it to 2 t-stat low speed will start at 175 & hi speed at 195
and its working ok tell i bush the brake ,, i got cs144 new wire from bat to alt have tried many connection diagram from all over the net new borsch 40amp relays every thing connected good grounds etc,,no other problem every thing working dash light, windows, light front rear side marker a/c have checked the fuse box i even changed the relay but same thing i tried even on one speed same result
am i missing some thing ?? i know how to wire the relay
30=constant 12v+(from alt + terminal even tried direct from direct line from bat +)
85= ign (tried wiper,transcoder,alarm )
86=earth to t-stat
87=to fan
any body have run into this mess before
any feedback or clue are welcome
I had disconnected the rear harness ground and forgot about it once.. when I pressed the brake funny things happened, the key buzzer came on, the gauges did weird things. I'm betting your problem is a ground somewhere.

You will burn that fan motor up if you have power to both the low and high speed circuits at the same time. Dump the low speed circuit altogether and use only the high speed side with the t-stat control.

dont worry iam running each circuits alone controled by relay
