Default Powerjection III clearance question

As I have stated several times before, I am planning on getting the Powerjection III system. I have read the threads about it on here, but none of them answered my question. In every other thread, the owner has a BB or L88 hood. I am trying to find out if there will be enough clearance using a new intake manifold, (havent decided which one yet, but it seems the air gap manifolds will be too tall) and a SB hood. I really dont want to get a different hood, and if I would have to, i'm not going to buy it.

The dimensions on the powerjection are reported to be the same as the Holley double pumper.

You would probably have better luck if you inquired into the fit of one of those with your selected manifold as there are undoubtly far more people on this forum using double pumpers than Powerjections.

Well, up until earlier today I was planning on going with an airgap RMP, but then the lightbulb went off and I realized it wouldn't fit. Therefor I haven't decided which manifold to go with. If anyone has a double pumper, please chime in!
