headlight door stays open
How do I adjust the door to go down?
the passenger headlight door stays open when i turn off the lights. I can close it by reaching up from the bottom and moving the hardware a little bit.

Are you sure the relay is working properly? I think I'd start with there and make sure all the items are functioning as they should be.
On the back side of the headlamp housing is a support that has a stop screw, it will adjust the height of the lamp and there is also one in the link on the housing.
I'll see if I can dig you up a pic.

Still looking, but number 22 is one of them..
Number 5 in this picture is the stop bracket screw.
