Default Performance shop recommendations in Central Florida

Can anyone recommend a performance shop that is really knowledgeable about the C3 corvette in the central Florida area?

Ive got a 1970 thats been sitting for about 8 years after the last shop I took it to kinda half ***'d a lot of work on the engine rebuild. Since then Ive done most of the suspension, steering, brake work and now want to finish up the engine work and get it dyno'd and tuned to perfection.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Van Steel is a longtime supporting vendor here located in Clearwater Fla. No idea if that is close enough to you but they might have some recommendations if they don't do the work themselves. They are primarily a suspension specialty shop and it sounds like you already have your suspension stuff taken care of, but I'm sure they know other Corvette shops in the area.

Ok, thanks. I actually had my rear bearings done there but never thought to ask them if they knew of any machine / engine shops.

I've never used him, but I know others who have and they've been happy with the work.

Eisley's on Broadway in Brandon used to do a lot of performance engine work. It's been years since I have talked to anyone that had work done there, but they are still in business.
