My brake pedal on my 73 goes almost all the way to the floor. I replaced a caliper with a snapped off bleeder hoping it would help but it is still the same what should I do
how long was the hose unhooked during the change? fluid will drip and you may have air all the way up and may have to do a complete system bleed. also a MC in need of rebuild can do the same thing. Fluid is cheap, so a bleed is the easy cheap thing to try first.
1) bench bleed the master cyl. Most say to remove the mc from the car to do this. other say you can lift the rear to level the mc out and do it in car. just get the air out.
2) bleed passenger rear. don't know how far back this goes but mine has two bleeders on rear. Do inside first
