1969 Convertable Questions...
I was looking at a 92 but looks like deal fell through.
Well I found a 69 in the paper.
"1969 Corvette Coupe, 427 Tripower, 4spd. Red with black racing stripes, and white top. Garage kept, 32k miles"
What should I look for in this car?

As far as things to look for I would check the frame and the numbers on the car if you are interested in that sort of thing. Be aware though that a coupe is not a convertible. A coupe has t-tops w/ removable rear glass.

Use your common sense. Have a mechanic check it out by putting it up on a rack. No matter how it is now, you'll probably want to "make it nicer". They are great cars!!!!!

The ad seems a little suspect... a coupe(?) with a white top, and unless the car is major bucks and in top condition, 32k miles would be a rare find. Was there a price?
