Default Hydroboost Line Help

I have a hydroboost I'm installing in a 72 which I'm also converting to serpentine. The power steering pump is from a '96 C2500 that had hydroboost. I have a couple of questions relating to the lines. First, I know I need a 16mm outlet and an 18mm inlet fitting for the lines to the hydroboost end. Would anyone happen to know what size the pump fittings are? Second, I need info on the connection schematic. I have one large female and two small female ports on the back of the pump along with the two low pressure return ports. The low pressure I know. One low pressure line to the steering valve and one low pressure line to the hydroboost. What I'm not sure about is the high pressure connections. Am I correct that the large high pressure port on the back of the pump will go to the inlet on the hydroboost? And, the baffling one for me, if I go from hydroboost outlet to the high pressure port on the steering valve, what if anything is connecting to the two small ports on the back of the pump? Thanks for any info.
