Default Driver Side window

My driver side window in my '80 has quit working again. Appears to be the motor. This will be the 4th motor I have installed. What could be causing this? Passebger window has worked great. No problems. Could it be a ground?
Thnx in Advance
Jim

Is the SPRING broken? My 80 had spring problems on the passenger window and was very HARD on the motor. If it goes up and down faster than usual, the SPRING is broken. They are very easy to replace and rather cheap through a vendor..

Thanks for the reply.
The windows do go up and down pretty fast. Thought that was normal as they both go the same speed. I don't have it a part yet but I'll definitely check that. Passenger window goes same speed and hasn't been a problem at all. I don't think driver's window gets any more usage than the passenger side, but I'll start there.
Thnx again.
