Default Muncie Rebuild Kit....Needed

I need to rebuild my Muncie M-21 while I have it out. Any recomondations on rebuild kits ? Who sells the most complete kit ? Paul Cangialosi at 5Speeds ? Also what would be the best manual / book on muncie repair/rebuild
