Bead Blasting Body Anyone????- whose done it???
Has anyone used plastic bead blasting to strip their Corvette???
I have someone locally who does it, and it sure would save alot of time??
Has anyone done this??? How did it work for you, and how welll did it work??

I had mine bead blasted and was pleased with the results. The main concern is having an experienced operator do the job. Operator needs to be careful and not damage the body lines. The place that did mine tried to stop at the original red primer.

Yes, I had mine done. Removed 3 proir paint jobs!! As 68rdstr said, Get an experienced reputable company!! I've seen it go both ways. Great results and chewed up fiberglass. If you have it done, as with most or all forms of stripping, all prior body work must be re-done. The media gets everywhere, Have motor covered good and remove the interior. Good Luck, L8TER, Paul.
