You could try Ross' Automotive at 330-544-4466. I have had engine work done there in the past with good results. They are located between Youngstown and Warren.

Sure do, Cleveland is full of competent engine builders.
Victory Engines did the machine work on my 533, your's trully did the assembling

I'm going to try DLK in Russelton PA.(a little north of PGH) First time I've ever taken a block in. I can get the # if you need it.

The plan is coming together for next winter. I have an idea of what engine I would like to build and the transmission I'd like to use, now I just need somebody to build and install it. Man I wish I had a garage.

Yes, have used Victory Engine builders/shop on the west side of Cleveland (Lorain rd) a couple of times over the years. Good reliable work.
