Heater Core Removal 1/2 Hour
For all the non AC guys this job is a snap. Don't put it off any longer. It all comes out from the engine side. The other post on Old heater core shows the pictures. My new core should be here in a day or two and it was 31 dollars from the local Pep Boys. I hope it is the right one but I watched on the computor what he was doing and all the info was correct.
I feel sorry for all the AC guys. I know the box on the inside is a bear to do.

Gordon you better pressure test it before installing. I heard of more then one replacement that failed. I have to do this in both cars, but the a/c car is apart anyway.

hey gordon i got mine from pepboys too and i have air got it all done and it leaked had to take it back out and throw it at them..and do it all over again. :mad that was 4 years ago so been good ever since.
