Gentlemen,
Can anyone confirm if the indicated port is also a water outlet where I could bolt in a temperature sender please? (before I drain the water and take it out) It would be nice if it was so I can use it for my electric fan controller.
Its a 350HO crate engine with intake manifold PN 12496820

Yes you can It ports right into the water jacket of the manifold.
BTW your thermostat is upside down.
Also the other sensor in the picture,it's threaded into a adapter bushing, I may not allow the temp bulb to
sit in the water jacket resulting in inaccurate readings

lol about thermostat, I also just noticed, good eye
knowing myself i would have tried to mount it like that as well I just put it in to avoid things droping in the manifold
