I can Get

a complete set of seatbelts (new with all 4 retractors) for a 72 for $ 525 is this a good price ?

If you are going NCRS some such show car, fine...if not...
well check other threads...F body rear seat belts are supposed to work fine...
I used generic lap belts from a car show at ten bux each...
color match was good...

That is a decent price. Some people are selling them for $800 or so. You could just have a place like SSnake Oyl redo yours for much cheaper.
