Default C3 Spark Plug and Ignition advice/support?

Getting ready to install comlete MSD Ignition in my 76 Stingray. Going with MSD 6T, Blaster SS Coil, MSD Distributor and 8.5 Super Conductor wires. Have alot invetsed in ignition system, looking for a set of spark plugs that will give me the most bang for my buck. Have read alot of reviews online, looking to see what everyone out there is going with and how they perform on the road. Any and all advice will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

IN all realily you can't go wrong with keeping the stock plugs and opening them up from .035 to .045. Run it for a couple hundred miles and pull one from each bank and read how they look. The MSD setup gives a "hotter" spark and multiple strikes over about 20 degrees of timing. Some people swear by Champion or Autolite or E3's or Nippendono , what really matter is what works in your engine. Normal compression and cam and fuel the stock will work fine.

BTW - thanks for your committment to the USA and Merry Christmas.

Stick with stock application spark plugs. Going with exotic plugs will only lighten your wallet and enrich the plug makers and their ad company that hypes them.

The only real reason to change spark plugs from spec would be if you made a big change in compression ratio, camshaft, etc., that would require a different advance curve and setting. The MSD setup should make your plugs last longer anyway as they should burn cleaner and make for more complete combustion.

stick with the stock a/c's....you will love the msd stuff, pricey but well worth it especially if you like tuning the advance curve......good luck.....
