intake question
I'am screwing my engine togeather as soon as it gets back from being ballanced and am wondering if an edelbrock air gap will fit under the hood or should I get a performer??? I will be using a comp. cam XE256 and running 9:1 comp. single exhaust w/a cat. I also pocket ported the ...882 heads and matched the ports :yesnod:

There was just a thread about this. I believe the answer is "yes, but..." I think you have to run a radically dropped air cleaner base with a very slim air cleaner.

Yes, Performer w/ air gap. W/ drop base -RPM.

I will go duel soon but in this part of Oregon has emision codes :mad The new engine and trans put a dent in my(our) pocket, since our 14th anniv. is next month, maybe she will get me exhaust??
